Your on-line survey can be much more than a marketing or research tool, it can also be used to provide information to you and/or your partners to support e-procurement or information service provision. It can also be used to provide information to respondees, based upon the information that they have supplied.
- Information brokering - working in a consortium or partnership, information captured could be used to broker relationships with partners/suppliers to meet a specific customer need. Information captured can be used to assess requirements, for instance as part of a pre-qualification or filtering process and shared with authorised parties as required.
- To provide customised information, advice or feedback - rather than using the survey tool solely for information capture, use it to provide a route into information based upon refining and clarifying user needs.
